Shipping, Damages & Returns Policy
Effective Date: 1 June 2025.
This policy applies to all transactions conducted through Stephen Segal and his associated ventures, including but not limited to Content Creators Live, 3Sixty, BLNK Bespoke Experiences, and Savage Mugs.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days after full payment is received, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary based on the product category and destination. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the checkout process.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless a promotion or agreement states otherwise.
- International Shipping: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
2. Damages & Defective Goods
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect all products upon receipt. If any item is found to be damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@stephensegal.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- Repair: If feasible, we will repair the defective item at no additional cost.
- Replacement: We will replace the item with a new one, subject to availability.
- Refund: In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The product received differs materially from what was ordered.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products and online training courses once accessed.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods.
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@stephensegal.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution
- Verification: All orders are subject to verification for fraud prevention. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us directly at info@stephensegal.com to seek a resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) or the National Consumer Commission (NCC) in accordance with South African law.
